Mr. Millman currently serves as a solo practitioner representing a variety of clients in numerous types of matters, including criminal law, federal litigation and commercial litigation. Mr. Millman has over twenty years of experience and is admitted to practice law in the New York and Connecticut state courts, the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York in the United States District Court and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut. He has also been admitted pro hac vice in the Western District of Virginia.
He is a former Assistant District Attorney with extensive litigation experience and has tried numerous cases to verdict in both State and Federal court in civil and criminal matters. An intense litigator who has built a reputation as a hard worker who fights zealously for clients, he is routinely sought after and retained by several local attorneys as trial counsel and is regularly entrusted by independent lawyers and law firms to handle complex matters involving significant sums of money. Mr. Millman has also been retained by corporations in the states of Virginia and South Carolina to defend multi-million dollar contract/fraud cases and has prepared and argued several appeals to appellate courts in the state of New York.
